High Stakes Old Maid
High-Stakes Old Maid documents the Achordants’ development as a group, offering selections of work from 2005 to 2007. This CD offers some of the group’s most cherished pieces of music, including the three songs which helped the Achordants place first at ICCA Divisionals in 2007. The album is also a reflection of the Achordants’ growth, offering many songs that have been viewed on YouTube thousands of times over. The tracks have been carefully produced to convey the Achordants’ natural energy and enthusiasm and aims to please the listener the way the group has done for years in a live setting.
