A cappella has found a way to represent almost every other genre of music known to man, spanning centuries and continents alike for inspiration and influence. The next logical step is a fusion of these disparate genres – a sort of musical melange of different sounds, flavors and textures.

Enter Taal Tadka, a group that combines South Asian and World music with American contemporary classics in a way that offers the pop-saturated Western ear an experience radically different from everyday listening. Since 2007, they have brought their unique and spicy flavor of music to audiences at their native Georgia Tech and beyond.
