Melophonophobia
Melophonophobia means “the fear of a cappella” and is Stuck in the Middle’s second studio album. Recorded in the summer of 2007 at TapeWorks in Connecticut and released in the spring of 2008, the album upholds the philosophy that a cappella should be fun and accessible above all else. It features songs from Three Dog Night’s classic “Joy to the World” to Justin Timberlake’s “Cry Me a River” to the Postal Service’s “Such Great Heights.” With variety and pizazz, the album not only sounds good, it feels good too.
