No Southern Accent

University of Florida

If the world we know was wiped away and we were stripped of all our belongings, singers could still come together to create music. That is the power of the human voice and the philosophy that unites the 18 dynamic members of No Southern Accent, the University of Florida’s co-ed a cappella ensemble.

Formed in 2001, NSA has evolved into an award-winning performance group, devoted to making "moments" on stage, and striving to promote the art and relevance of contemporary a cappella music. NSA is comprised of undergraduate students with different personalities, musical preferences and ambitions, bound ultimately by lifelong friendship and a mutual passion for their craft.
